Shipping Policy

> You may noticed some of our products have the FULFILMENT BY AMAZON logo on the page, that means we have stocks of that item in amazon warehouses, and they will be arranged and sent out using Amazon delivery service, in SPECIFIC COUNTRIES including America, Canada, Japan and most of EU countries. Please check out this list for more details. Don't worry if your address is not included, we ship most of the orders by DHL, UPS or FedEx, which takes 3-5 days to arrive. Drop us a line if you are not sure.
> We also have some local warehouses in US, Russia and etc. By using FBA and local warehouses, the delivery time will be shorter and customs problems will be easier.
> If it is out of stock in local warehouse or temporary no service in areas of your shipping address, we will let you know and change to ship from China.

Our in house shipping team is certified to ship out orders containing lithium ion batteries to most countries. Please note that all of our shipments follow IATA guidelines for proper packaging and markings for lithium ion battery shipments. Our product packaging is tested and certified to UN 38.3 drop test standards. MSDS documentation is available upon request. Please note that depending on your shipping destination there may be additional shipping restrictions. Please see below:

> Domestic Shipping Restrictions:
Most orders shipped to US addresses have no shipping restrictions. However please note that for the following shipping services there are limits pertaining to the number of batteries that we can offer in a given shipment.
USPS Surface & Air Mail: Max 8 Cells / 2 Batteries Per Shipment

> International Shipping Restrictions:
Lithium Ion Battery Shipments are Prohibited through USPS. International shipments containing batteries must be shipped through a major carrier such as DHL or UPS.

> We offer international shipping through FedEx, DHL and USPS. (Please note: Batteries are not allowed through USPS for International Shipments).
> Shipping rates for international destinations are calculated during checkout.
> Please note: All charges will be in USD. Please contact your credit card provider about for exchange rates and other fees associated with your order.
> If your shipping country is not listed during checkout then this means that we do not ship to your country.
> Please note that ALL international shipments are subject to Customs Duties and or VAT import tax. Your order may be subject to your country's import or VAT tax it is your responsibility to cover this tax. VAT taxes and/or customs duties fees are paid by the customer to the courier.
Shipping rates for small shipments such as accessories and/or parts are calculated at checkout.
